Hi, I’m Cara, founder of Walnut Studio Events. I’m based in Omaha and work with clients across the Midwest and beyond to plan weddings and celebrations that feel thoughtful, personal, and true to you.

I’ve spent over a decade in the service industry, which means I don’t just plan beautiful events—I know how to take care of people. I bring a balance of strong logistics and a careful design eye, making sure every detail is handled while the overall experience feels calm and effortless.

My goal is simple: for you to actually enjoy your day. I’m there to think through the details, manage the moving pieces, and advocate for you every step of the way—so you can be fully present for the moments that matter most. From timelines and vendor coordination to the small touches that bring everything together, I approach every event with intention, care, and a calm, organized presence.
