2. How do we know which planning package is right for us?
During an intro call, we’ll talk through what you’ve already planned, what feels overwhelming, and how involved you want to be. From there, we recommend a level of support that fits your needs — nothing more than necessary.

 

3. Do you work with couples who have already booked some vendors?
Absolutely. Many clients come to us after securing a venue or key vendors. We step in at any stage to manage logistics, timelines, and remaining decisions.

 

4. What does working with Walnut Studio feel like?
Our approach is calm, organized, and thoughtful. Clients often say they feel supported, guided, and confident knowing someone is overseeing the details so they can enjoy the process.

 

5. How involved will we need to be during planning?
That’s entirely up to you. Some couples prefer hands-on collaboration, while others want us to take the reins. We adapt our approach based on your preferences and availability.

 

6. How do you help with wedding-day flow and logistics?
We create a detailed timeline and manage transitions, vendor cues, and behind-the-scenes logistics so the day flows naturally — without you or your guests needing to think about what’s next.

 

7. How do we communicate throughout planning?

Email is our primary method of communication, as it allows us to keep everything organized and documented. We also schedule regular check-in calls, typically every two weeks, with additional touchpoints as needed closer to the event.

 

8. How quickly can we expect responses?
We respond to emails in a timely manner, usually within 8-12 business hours, and prioritize clear, consistent communication. Our clients always know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and how to reach us.

 

9. Do you recommend vendors or work with ours?
Both. We’re happy to recommend trusted vendors and also collaborate closely with vendors you’ve already chosen. Our role is to ensure everyone is aligned and working smoothly together.

 

10. Where are you based, and do you travel?
Walnut Studio is based in Omaha and serves clients nationwide. We have vendor relationships across the country. We regularly support celebrations in different locations and are structured to work across regions.

11. Do you only plan events in one location?

No — Walnut Studio specializes in weddings and events across the U.S., including destination and multi-location celebrations. The majority of our services can be completed remotely. 

 

12. How does planning work if you’re not local to our venue?
Planning is handled through organized communication, detailed timelines, and coordination with local vendors. When on-site services are included, we arrive fully prepared so the experience feels smooth and effortless.
